The sustainable consulting division provides LEED + WELL process management services to clients as well as daylight analysis and healthy material research. From 2020-2023 re:4m actively managed over ten LEED projects equaling over 600,000gsf. The Majority of the LEED projects are located in central Virginia and the DC/NOVA area, most of which are pursuing Gold certification.

In addition, re:4m works closely with contractors to help manage LEED construction credits. LEED services include design documentation review, LEED tracking through the design + construction phases, BOD analysis, LEED submittal reviews, and LEED online management.
