309 Church Hill Residence

Built in the 1890’s the brick row house located in Church Hill was previously renovated, but the new owners felt the layout and design were dated. The clients requested a new kitchen that better connected with the back garden , a new master suite and a general decluttering of spaces by removing soffits and oddly placed closets. The resulting designs reflect clean lines and a modern aesthetic while highlighting historic proportions and trim details.

Location: Church Hill, Richmond, VA
Project Type: Full renovation of house
Size: 2800sf
